Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy :

  If you receive merchandise damaged during shipment please e-mail us at accents@creativemixes1.com within 20 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.  NOTE:  Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they have legal right to deny your claim. 

Every shipment is fully insured against loss, pilferage and damage.  A PIN (package identification number) is included on every shipment which makes tracing lost shipments easy and fast (allow 30-90 days for postal tracers).  Currently we ship all packages via U.P.S., unless you specify otherwise. It has been our experience that U.P.S. offers the most affordable combination of dependability, traceability, and delivery speed.  

We realize that lost or damaged goods create a hardship for our customers and we are eager to help resolve the problem and get your replacement or reimbursement as quickly as possible. 


  There is a flat shipping charge, plus a service charge of $2.50 applicable to orders under $25.00.  

Your shipping charges are based on the package destination and the dollar amount of your order. 

If "P.O. Box" is used for Ship-To-Address, USPS  (United Parcel Postal Service) is the only carrier allowed.  USPS is not an option when shipping to a "non P.O. Box" address.

Special Shipping Request Options are available (extra fees apply)

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
